Organic, Fair Trade Black Tea

Properly brewed, "Black Tea" appears a burnt red, giving rise to the proper Chinese name of 紅茶 (Hóng Chá), or "Red tea." Taken West ages ago in brick form, black tea still accounts for 90% of Western tea consumption, albeit in the bag today.
