Ordering Policy

As of this moment, the way we handle all transactions is through Google Checkout, Personal Check, or International Money Order.

Orders can be placed at any time on our electronic store. Orders will generally be processed Monday - Friday 9AM to 5PM EST excluding holidays. (For example, if one places an order on a Friday at 6PM EST, the earliest that we can guarantee it will be processed is the following Monday at 9AM). At our sole discression, we may process orders on Saturdays or Sundays, but please do not depend upon it.

The prices listed on our website are for consumers only. If you are interested in wholesale or volume purchases, please contact us by email.

We do our best to keep our website updated to indicate if we are out of stock of any particular item. However, due to the sheer speed of the internet, if you place an order for an item that is out of stock, you will allow us one week to replenish it and ship it out to you. If we cannot, you will recieve a full refund.

Shipping Policy

We will ship, by default, via the US Postal Service to the 50 United States using the USPS no later than the day after we finish processing your order. International shipping or custom shipping arrangements must be dealt with seperately, and placed by email, and the shipping costs will be determined on a case by case basis.

Returns Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your product in any way, return the unused portion in the original packaging within two weeks of reciept to the return address indicated on the invoice for a refund of the purchase price. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs.

In general, with tea or other consumables, we will not accept returns where more than 10% of the product has been used by weight.
